Ingredients
Clam meat ( 150g ) | Chives ( 300g ) |
Oil ( 20 grams ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Cooking wine ( 20g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Ginger ( 3 grams ) | Red pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Recipe for fried clam meat and leeks

1.Wash the clam meat and leeks p>

2.Cut the leeks into sections and set aside

3.Wash the red pepper and ginger and cut into small pieces

4. Heat the pan and start oil

5.Add red pepper and ginger slices

6.Use a shovel , stir-fry until fragrant

7.Pour in the clam meat and stir-fry evenly p>

8.Add cooking wine to clam meat and stir-fry again

9. Stir-fry clam meat until raw, add leeks

10. Stir-fry the leeks and clam meat evenly
11.Add salt
12.Add light soy sauce

13. Stir-fry again until the leeks soften and turn off the heat

14.Plate and serve
