Ingredients
Crucian carp roe ( 150g ) | Sauerkraut ( 100g ) |
Oreo virgin olive oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( Appropriate amount of each ) |

Pepper ( 1 tsp ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 tsp ) |

1.Fresh crucian carp roe , take it out carefully

2.Wash with clean water and drain the water

3.Cut the sauerkraut into fine pieces and set aside

4.Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and dried chilies

5.Pour the fish roe into a cold water pot, add a little cooking wine and boil, remove and drain and set aside

6.Put the sauerkraut into the pot again and stir-fry until the sour aroma develops

7.Add onions, ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers, pour in Oreo native olive oil, and stir-fry to create a spicy flavor
