Ingredients
Eggs ( 2 ) | Clams ( 10-12 ) |

How to make steamed eggs with clams

1. Soak the clams in salt water for more than 2 hours in advance.

2. Boil water in a pot.After the water boils, add ginger slices and cooking wine.

Tips
