Ingredients
Crucian carp ( 1 ) | Cilantro ( 50g ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( An appropriate amount of each ) | Green and red chili peppers ( Appropriate amount of each ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 10 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Pepper ( 1.5g ) | MSG ( a little ) |
Rice vinegar (appropriate amount) | Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
How to cook crucian carp with coriander

1.After cleaning the crucian carp, cut it with a flower knife on both sides

2.Pour in cooking wine, sprinkle with salt, spread evenly inside and outside and marinate for 15 minutes

3.Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, green and red peppers

4.Pick and wash the coriander , cut into small pieces and set aside

5. Rinse the marinated crucian carp and drain it.

6.Heat oil in a pan, sprinkle in a little salt, and add crucian carp

7. Fry until fragrant, turn over, and fry until both sides are golden

8. Add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, then add appropriate amount of water

9. Pour in dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper, mix well and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat, cover the pot, and cook for about 5 minutes

10.After 5 minutes, open the lid of the pot, add green and red peppers, coriander, light soy sauce, and MSG, mix well, and reduce the juice over high heat

11. Take out of the pot and serve on a plate, ready to eat

Tips
Put the crucian carp into the pot without flipping it until it becomes fragrant, then flip it over so that it will not fall apart easily.
