Golden Pomfret ( 1 ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Wolfberry ( 10g ) | Shredded green onion and ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( 15g ) |
Steamed fish with soy sauce ( 20g ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
How to make steamed golden pomfret

1.Clean up the golden pomfret and drain the water

2.Sprinkle with salt and cooking wine , spread evenly inside and outside, marinate for about 15 minutes

3. Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

4.Wash the marinated golden pomfret, drain and set aside

5.Place onion, ginger and garlic on the fish, and pour in steamed fish soy sauce

6.Put it into a pot of boiling water and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes

7. Prepare some shredded onion, ginger and wolfberry

8.Take out the steamed golden pomfret and discard the onion, ginger and garlic on the fish

9.Put onion, ginger and wolfberry, pour in 80% hot oil, and serve

Tips
The time for steaming fish depends on the size of the fish.A fish of about one pound needs to be steamed for 10 minutes
