Ingredients
Sea bass ( 1 ) | Oil ( 20g ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Shredded ginger ( 5 grams ) |
Onions ( 3 grams ) | Chili pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Garlic cloves ( 3 pieces ) | Light soy sauce ( 20g ) |
How to steam sea bass

1.Scrape the bass, remove its internal organs, and clean it

2.Put the sea bass into a plate and sprinkle with salt
