Cooking wine ( 20g ) | Dark soy sauce ( 10 grams ) |

How to braise Wuchang fish

2. Prepare chopped onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili

3.Wash the marinated Wuchang fish again, drain and set aside

4. Heat oil in a pan, sprinkle with a little salt, add Wuchang fish, stir fry until fragrant

5. Fry until both sides are golden brown, add onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Add appropriate amount of water, dark soy sauce and pepper, mix well and bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cover with a lid and cook for 8 minutes

1. Clean the Wuchang fish, cut it with a flower knife on both sides, apply a layer of salt and cooking wine on the inside and outside, and marinate for 15 minutes
