Ingredients
Portrait crab ( 1 ) | Rice cake ( 200g ) |
Oil ( 20 grams ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Ginger ( 5 grams ) | Cooking wine ( 20g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Dark soy sauce ( 5g ) |
Water ( 300 grams ) | Green pepper ( 1 ) |
Recipe of swimming crab braised rice cake

1. Remove the internal organs from the swimming crab, chop it into small pieces, and clean it

2.Put the swimming crab into a bowl and add ginger

3.Put 1 Gram salt

4.Add cooking wine

5. Stir evenly with a spoon and marinate for 15 minutes
