Ingredients
Diaozi fish ( 500g ) | Onion, ginger and garlic (appropriate amount) |

Recipe of braised fish

1.After cleaning the Diaozi fish, add a little salt and marinate it for about half an hour

2.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic
3.Wash the marinated fish again and drain the water

4.Heat oil in a pan, add Diaozi fish, do not turn it, fry slowly over medium heat

5. Fry until the bottom changes color, then flip and fry until both sides are golden

6.Plate out of the pan and set aside

7.Put the bean paste into the oil pan , stir-fry red oil

8.Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

9.Add appropriate amount of water, dark soy sauce and pepper, mix well and bring to boil

10.Add the fried Diaozi fish, mix well and cook over low heat for 5 minutes

11.Turn over, pour in balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, and MSG and mix well

12.Finally pour in a little starch water to thicken the gravy

13. Remove from the pot and plate

14. Serve and eat

Tips
When frying Diaozi fish, use low heat because it is easier to fry.The fish bones will be crispy when fried, but the fish bones will no longer be eaten after braised.
