How to make fried pomfret

1.One piece of fresh pomfret, gutted, cut into pieces and cleaned.

2. Marinate the fish fillets with ginger slices, cooking wine, and salt for about 10 minutes

3. Prepare snowflake wheat flour and coat each piece of marinated fish with flour.

4. Apply dry powder evenly and set aside

5.Put oil in a hot pan, with a little more oil.

Tips
