How to stir-fry squid

1.Three squids (my friend said the ones with pointed squids)
Be sure to let the merchant handle it, and tear off the membrane
Cut the legs into pieces, and cut the lower part of the brain into pieces That one (it should be cartilage inside, all processed and empty) cut into pieces.
Other cutting knives (the squid will turn into rolls when put in water, remember to use the inside to cut.Last time I cut from the outside, it couldn’t be cut, and it couldn’t be rolled up)
2. Cold water ➕ green onion (knotted) ➕ ginger (because I have a lot of squid and a heavy mouth, so the content is larger, you can use your discretion)

3.Pour the squid into the boiling water and blanch it for 30 seconds and take it out

4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and millet pepper, sauté until fragrant

5.Add squid and stir-fry, add side dishes and stir-fry

6. Stir-fry evenly➕light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence;
Stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute
