How to make tomato squid slices

1. Prepare ingredients: squid slices (this time I used small squid) fins), tomatoes, green onions, shallots, ginger, garlic

2. Cut the squid with a flower knife and add the green onions., ginger, cooking wine, salt, pepper, marinate for 10 minutes

3. Slice ginger and garlic , cut green onions into sections

4.Dice tomatoes

5. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Add tomatoes and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until soft and the juice is released

7.Add in the marinated squid (remove the onions and ginger), stir-fry evenly
8.Add green onion segments, light soy sauce, and oil, and continue to stir-fry for a while

9.Turn to low heat, add a small amount of salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and serve.
