How to steam scallops with garlic vermicelli

1.Cut the garlic, wash the scallops and put them on a plate.

Tips
Do not fry the minced garlic over high heat.Turn to the minimum heat immediately after sautéing until fragrant.If you like to add onion, you can also add it.I chose mung bean vermicelli, but pea vermicelli is also acceptable.
