Ingredients
Oysters ( 1 catty ) | Garlic ( two ) |
Peanut oil ( half a bowl ) | Oyster sauce ( one spoonful ) |
Brine juice ( half a spoon ) | White sugar (half a spoon) |
Salt ( one spoon ) |

1.First soak the oysters in salt water for 5 minutes and wash them with clean water.

3.Chop into minced garlic.
