Shrimp ( 350g ) | Fruit red pepper ( 1/4 pieces ) |
Fruit green pepper ( 1/4 pieces ) | Fruit yellow pepper ( 1/4 pieces ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Chicken powder ( 1/4 spoon ) |
Cooking wine ( 1/3 ) | Egg white ( 1 ) |
How to stir-fry shrimps with colored pepper

1. Prepare 350 grams of shrimp.

2.Add 1/3 tablespoon of cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

3.Add an egg white, not the yolk.

4.Crap well and marinate for 10 minutes and set aside.

5. Wash the red, green and yellow peppers.Used 1/4 each.

6.Cut the red pepper into the shape you like.

7. Cut the green pepper into how you like.

8. Cut the yellow pepper into how you like.

9. Cut all three types of fruit peppers and set aside.

10. Heat the oil in a pan until the oil temperature is 50% hot.

12. Stir-fry until the shrimp changes color.

13. Serve out and set aside.

14. Heat oil in another pot, a little oil is enough.

15. Add the fruit pepper and stir-fry evenly.

16.Add a spoonful of salt.

17.1/4 spoon of chicken powder to taste.

18. Stir well.

19.Add in the freshly fried shrimps.

20. Stir well and serve.
