How to make shredded squid with pickled pepper

1.Put the dried squid into a basin, add a little edible alkali, add water and soak it overnight.

Tips
1.When soaking dried squid, add a small amount of edible alkali to promote soaking of squid and make it taste better.2.When blanching squid, only 30 seconds is enough.If the time is too long, it will become old and affect the taste.
