Silver carp ( 1 approx.1000 grams ) | Zijiang ( 100g ) |
Minced onion, ginger and garlic (appropriate amount) | Cooking wine ( 20g ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 10 Grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 20 grams ) |
Red pepper ( 30g ) | Dried chili pepper (appropriate amount) |

How to cook whole fish with ginger

1.Clean the silver carp, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for half an hour, then wash and drain and set aside

2.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

3.Wash the coriander, chop and set aside

4.Wash the red pepper, remove the stems and seeds, cut into small pieces and set aside

5.Wash the ginger and cut it into small pieces for later use

6. Heat the oil in the pan, add the silver carp, fry the fish head first and then add the whole fish.Do not stir it yet

7. Tilt the pan and fry the fish head until fragrant

Tips
