Ingredients
Wuchang fish ( 1 ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking wine ( 15g ) | Original soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Vinegar (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper ( Adequate amount ) |
Cooking oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Crushed red pepper ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to braise Wuchang fish

1.Clean the Wuchang fish inside and out, add salt and cooking wine, spread it evenly inside and out and marinate for half Hours

2. Prepare chopped onions, ginger, garlic and red pepper

3.Wash the marinated fish in salt water, drain and set aside

4.Heat oil in a pan, add Wuchang fish, do not stir it yet

5. Fry until fragrant, flip and fry until both sides are golden

6.Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

7.Add vinegar

8.Add original soy sauce
