How to make mushroom and eel segments

1. Soak the mushrooms, wash and cut the eel in half.Cut flowers on the back of the segments

2. Shred the green onion, ginger and garlic

3.Green and red peppers cut into cubes

4. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic and dried red pepper
