How to make pan-fried salmon

1. Prepare sea salt and black pepper and set aside.

2. Prepare onions and ginger for later use.

3. Prepare a piece of salmon, add onion, ginger, cooking wine, sea salt and black pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.

4. Blanch broccoli and set aside.
