How to cook the nine-story pagoda with thin shells
1. Prepare the ingredients (soak the thin shells in water for 1 hour before making, and change the water twice during the period)
2.Take the leaves from the nine-story pagoda, chop the ginger and garlic, and cut the small red pepper into small pieces.

3. After the water in the pot boils, add a tablespoon of cooking wine, add the thin shell and blanch.Be careful not to boil it for a long time.Open the mouth of the thin shell to pour out the drained water.

4.After the pot is hot, add oil and saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.

5.Thin-shell stir-fry

6.Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and other seasonings.

7.The small red peppers are also stir-fried

8.Add the nine-story pagoda before serving, stir-fry over high heat and serve.
Tips
1.Add the nine-story pagoda just when it is about to come out of the pot.If you add it too early, the aroma will easily evaporate and it will not be so fragrant.
2.The thin shell is easy to mature and has been blanched, so don’t fry it for too long.
3.Don’t add too many spices, otherwise the taste will be complicated.
