Ingredients
Sea cucumbers ( 3 pieces ) | Rice ( 2 small cups ) |
Ginger ( 3 large pieces ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Cilantro ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame oil ( a small amount ) |
How to make sea cucumber porridge

1. Wash the rice thoroughly.Soak for 1 to 2 hours and defrost the sea cucumber at room temperature.

2.After thawing, clean the sea cucumber, cut it open and cut it into small pieces.Cut the ginger into large slices and chop the coriander for serving.

3. Pour the soaked rice into the casserole, and fill the casserole with water to seventy percent full.Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat, (be careful of pot overflowing after boiling)
