How to stir-fry squid with celery and pickled pepper

1.Prepare materials as shown in the figure.

2. Cut various side dishes as shown.

3. Cut the squid into square flower shapes, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and cooking wine and mix uniform.

4. Pour oil into the hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

5.Add squid and stir-fry quickly until slightly rolled.

6. Add the bean paste and stir-fry for 5 seconds.

7. Add the pickled pepper, pickled ginger, garlic and onion and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

8. Add celery and stir-fry for 20 seconds.

9.Add green pepper and garlic sprouts and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

10. Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry for 5 seconds and then turn off the heat.

11.Sour, spicy and fresh!
Tips
Doubanjiang is relatively salty, so no need to add salt.
