How to make seafood baked rice

1. I made shrimp paste in the morning, and the shrimp shells were left.It would be a pity to throw them away, so I ground them into powder.
Put the shrimp shells into the wok and fry them dry, then place them on the baking sheet.(Put tin foil on it for easy cleaning)
Heat up and down at 150 degrees for sixty minutes.
