How to make garlic vermicelli scallops

1. Remove the internal organs from the scallops, clean them, and place them in the scallop shells

2. Chop all green peppers, red peppers, and garlic and set aside

3. Blanch the vermicelli with boiling water and set aside

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot.When the pot is hot, pour the minced garlic into the pot.Stir out the garlic and place it in a bowl.Add oyster sauce and soy sauce.Mix it into garlic sauce (forgive me for not following the picture after mixing)
