Crayfish ( 1 catty ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |

Ginger ( 1 small piece ) | Garlic ( 8 cloves ) |

How to make garlic crayfish

1. Buy lobster and keep it in clean water for more than 1 hour , brush, scrub clean, pull off the shrimp intestines, and trim them clean with scissors.

2. Wash the lobster repeatedly with water, and wash the ginger, garlic and green onions.

3. Cut the ginger, garlic, and green onions into cubes.

4. Boil the water in the pot, pour in the lobster and blanch it for 2 minutes.

5. Remove and dry.

6.Put ginger, green onion and half of garlic into the pot until fragrant.

7. Pour in the lobster and fry until the water is dry, add cooking wine, sugar, vinegar and salt and stir-fry.

8.Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

9.Put in the remaining garlic and reduce the juice over high heat.

10.Put it into a plate and eat immediately (can be garnished with coriander).
