Stir-fried sea cucumber and loofah Recipe

1.Peel and wash the loofah.Remove the stems and soak the sea cucumbers one day in advance.

2. Cut the loofah into 3-4 cm sections, and cut the sea cucumber into sections (similar to loofah) length), cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and set aside.

Tips
After the loofah is put into the pot, stir-fry it over high heat so that the water will not come out easily.The salt should be added last.
Sea cucumbers can be soaked one day in advance.The sea cucumbers I use are not dried sea cucumbers, so they are easier to soak.
