Ingredients
Luffa ( 1 ) | Razor clam ( 250g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( 4 pieces ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Onions ( 4 roots ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
How to stir-fry razor clams with loofah

1.Crush the garlic, shred the ginger, cut the green onions and set aside

2. Soak the razor clams in salt water, wash them, and cut the loofah into pieces
3. Heat the pot, add oil and stir-fry the loofah4.Saute until the loofah turns green and serve

5.Pot Heat the oil again, sauté the shredded ginger and garlic, add the razor clams, sprinkle some cooking wine and stir-fry until the shells open

6.Add loofah, a little salt and a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly

7. Add chopped green onions and serve.
