How to braise eel

1.Open eel and remove internal organs

2.Cut it into 1.5cm length and rinse it under the tap.

3.Put oil in the pot, bring the oil to a boil, add the eel, and stir-fry a few more times.Add rice wine, light and dark soy sauce for coloring, add water to cover the eel and bring to a boil.Add garlic, ginger, pepper, cayenne pepper.Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes.

Tips
