How to make steamed meatballs with millet and quail eggs

1.Soak millet one night in advance

2.Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oil, edible oil and starch to the minced meat and mix well

3. Add minced garlic, mix well and marinate

4.Cook the quail eggs and remove the shells for later use
