Tofu ( A big chunk ) | Onions ( Two ) |

Doubanjiang (appropriate amount) | Pea flour (appropriate amount) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) | Chili pepper Pink ( appropriate amount ) |
Panthoxylum bungeanum ( appropriate amount ) | Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
How to cook Mapo Tofu

1.Cut the tofu into cubes first

2. Pour water into a pot and boil the tofu, add salt and cook for ten minutes, remove and set aside

3.Put oil in the pot, add bean paste, pepper and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
4.Add tofu and stir-fry gently from both sides
5.Fill half of the bowl with water, add a small spoonful of pea flour and mix well

6.Pour it into the pot and stir-fry for a few times to collect the juice

7.Put the pot into a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion

When cooking tofu, you can boil out some of the additives and add salt
