Ingredients

| MSG( a little ) | Garlic ( 4 cloves ) |
Dry stir-fried green beans Method

1. Remove the gluten and both ends of the green beans Wash, dry chili and garlic.

2. Cut the green beans into inch-long sections, cut the dried chilies into knots, and dice the garlic.

Tips
The green beans are blanched in water and then stir-fried.The result is less oily and softer.MSG can be added according to personal taste.
