How to make lazy Kung Pao Chicken

1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into four squares.

2. Add salt and cooking wine to taste, add starch and mix well.

3. Wash and dice the cucumber.

4.Peel the cooked peanuts.

5. Add soy sauce, salt, white sugar and cooking wine in a small bowl.Mix well to make a sauce.

7.Add in diced chicken and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.

Tips
1.Peanuts fried by yourself will taste better.
2.The peanuts must be put into the pot at the end to avoid being stir-fried in the pot for a long time and affecting the crispiness of the peanuts.
