Ingredients

How to make stir-fried spicy chicken

1.Chop the bone-in chicken legs into dices of about 1.5cm, marinate them with cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes.

2. Slice the ginger and garlic, dice the green onion, and do not use the green onion leaves.

3. Cut red dry pepper into sections, and use red robe pepper.

Tips
When frying the diced chicken, use medium heat and fry until the surface is slightly brown.If you can’t buy Deyang red soy sauce, you can use some soy sauce instead.Chili peppers depend on their variety and spicy taste.
