Ingredients
Duck ( Half ) | Beer ( 1 large can ) |
Star anise ( 3 pieces ) | Cinnamon ( 2 pieces ) |
Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce ( 4 spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Ginger ( 4 pieces ) | Garlic sprouts ( appropriate amount ) |
Rock sugar ( 30g ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
How to make beer duck

1. Prepare the ingredients and chop the duck meat into pieces.

2.Put the duck meat into a pot of water and boil for 1 minute to remove the blood.Put 2 slices of ginger inside to remove the smell, remove from the water, rinse and set aside.

3.Put the fattest duck skins into the pot and stir-fry the oil.Stir-fry the oil and pour it out.Add star anise, cinnamon, garlic, ginger slices and scallions, stir-fry until fragrant

4.Pour in the duck meat Stir-fry over high heat until the duck meat turns slightly brown.

5.Pour in all the beer.

6. Put in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce one after another.

7. Add rock sugar and garlic sprouts.

8. After boiling, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for an hour.
Tips
If you like spicy food, you can add chili pepper.The duck meat is more spicy, so be sure to add some water.
