Tips
Sichuan style generally has heavy seasonings and is spicy.Add an appropriate amount of dried chili peppers and spicy barbecue sauce. The spicy ones taste better.Cut the potatoes into cubes and soak them in water so they won’t become soggy. The black color can remove the powdery texture on the surface.Do not stew the potatoes and the ribs together. The potatoes will cook faster and the potatoes will become mushy before the ribs are soft.
