Ingredients
Tofu (appropriate amount) | Onions ( 1 root ) |
Salt ( 1 small teaspoon ) | Soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Chicken essence ( half tablespoon ) |
How to make homemade tofu

1.Cut the tofu into pieces of the same size, heat the pan and fry it.Turn the tofu occasionally and fry until golden brown.
2. Leave the oil in the pot and sauté the green onion.Add the fried tofu, add water, mince the tofu, add salt, soy sauce and chicken essence and cook for about 20 minutes so that it tastes delicious

3.When the soup is almost dry, add a small amount of cornstarch to the water, add it to the pot, stir for a few times, add the chopped green onion and cook
