Dry and stir-fry How to make shredded beef

1.Wash the beef first Slice cleanly, then cut into shreds, add a little salt and soy sauce to taste, add a little oil, mix well, and marinate for twenty minutes.

2.Cut green onions, dried chilies, parsley into sections, and slice ginger for later use.

Tips
Stir-fried shredded beef must stir-fry out the moisture to make it fragrant, numb and spicy.I'm from the north and don't like spicy food, so I add less chili pepper.
