How to make braised homemade tofu

1. Take a piece of tofu and rinse it gently with water.

2. Cut into square thin pieces and fry in a pan over medium heat.

3. Wait until both sides are golden and set aside.

4. Add ginger and garlic to the hot oil in the pot and sauté until fragrant.

5.Add appropriate amount of chili powder, spicy bean curd and a bowl of water.When the soup boils, add the fried tofu cubes.Add a pinch of salt.

6. Cook over medium heat for about ten minutes.The soup will thicken and sprinkle with chopped green onion.Lift the pot.

7.Plate and eat!
