Ingredients
Pork belly (a pound) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 2 taels ) |
Green garlic ( 3 taels ) | Chili pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
| Cooking wine ( Two spoons ) | Ginger ( A small piece ) |
Chicken essence ( A small spoonful ) |
How to make garlic twice-cooked pork

1. First wash the purchased pork belly and put it into the pot, add cooking wine and , chicken essence, ginger and cold water and cook together.(Note: cooked meat is easier to cut)

2.After about 20 minutes, cut the cooked meat into thin slices, the thinner the better, so that the meat will not be so fat.

3.Cut the washed green garlic and mushrooms before use.

4.Pour the freshly cut meat into the pot and use high heat to force out the oil in the pork.

5. When the meat becomes golden brown, add soy sauce, green garlic, and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry repeatedly saute.

6. Remove from the pan after 5 minutes and complete.
Tips
Note: Ginger and cooking wine are used to remove the smell of meat, so they must be added.
