How to make twice-cooked pork with melon rind

1.Wash the pork belly and put the whole piece into the pot.Add enough water to cover the meat, add ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves, salt, cooking wine, and cook over high heat for about 20 minutes.

2. Take the cooked meat out and cool it naturally or put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to freeze.
