How to make simple spicy beef jerky

1.Wash the beef and cut into finger-sized strips!

2. Marinate the beef with light soy sauce, five-spice powder, starch, and salt for half an hour! Drain again!

3. Prepare the accessories!

4. Pour enough oil into the pot, (because you want to fry the beef) 80% heat Ginger, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, green onions, fry them dry and take them out!

5. Pour the hot oil into the drained beef and fry over medium heat! You have to control the heat well and don’t over-explode!

6. Take out the fried beef!

7. Leave the oil in the pot and stir-fry the rock sugar over low heat until the sugar color appears!

8. Fry the beef until the sugar color is applied, and stir-fry until each piece of beef is evenly coated in sugar color!

9. Add the dried chili pepper and sesame seeds to the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.It’s time to cook!

Tips
Beef should be cut against the grain! Since it’s spicy beef, why didn’t I add Sichuan peppercorns? It’s because there are children at home who don’t like the taste of Sichuan peppercorns! You can add it according to your own taste! (Personal practice only!)
