How to make steamed pork ribs with braised rice flour

1.Peel off the garlic, shred the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections, set aside!

Tips
The pork ribs should be blanched in boiling water to remove the bloody smell.The longer they are steamed, the more fragrant and soft they will be!
