How to make homemade dried tofu

1. Put the dried beans into a boiling water pot and blanch them.After blanching, remove and let cool.

2. Slice the dried beans and set aside.

3. Mince the garlic, and dice the green pepper and red pickled pepper.

4.Put the pot on the fire, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add minced garlic, and stir over low heat fragrant.

5.Pour the cut dried beans into the pot with diced green pepper and diced red pickled pepper.Medium, turn to high heat and stir-fry for about half a minute.

Tips
Do not stir-fry the dried tofu for a long time after blanching, as it will dry out and affect the taste.
