How to make Di San Xian

1. Prepare the ingredients, potatoes, green peppers, and eggplants, wash and cut into pieces.(I have green-skinned eggplants at home, so I didn’t buy purple-skinned eggplants)

2.Ginger, garlic , cut into foam and set aside.Remove the green pepper and cut into pieces.Cut potatoes into small pieces.Cut the eggplant into small pieces.(The eggplant can be cut into pieces, just slightly larger than potatoes.I also want to eat fish-flavored eggplant, so I cut it into strips.)

3. The main ingredients are ready and the sauce is ready.Light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sugar, salt, chicken essence, water.All in appropriate amounts, it just depends on how much the dish is prepared.If there is any starch, you can add some.

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry potato cubes.Fry until it can be pierced with chopsticks and the surface turns yellow.
