How to make bitter melon, pickled cabbage and pork ribs soup

1.Prepare all ingredients.

2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the ribs and cook until the blood foams.

3. Remove, wash and set aside.

4. Wash and cut the bitter melon into circles and hollow out the pulp.

5.Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and set the soup state.(I use an electric pressure cooker)

6. After the soup is cooked, try the saltiness first , because the sauerkraut is salty, if it is too bland, add a little salt, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence to season, put it into a soup bowl and serve.
Tips
If you have enough time, it is best to stew the soup in a casserole.First stew the soybeans and ribs, stir-fry the sauerkraut and bitter melon, and then put it into the casserole and stew with the ribs after the water boils.
