Recipe for Spicy Stir-fried Sanding

1. Cut the tenderloin into small dices of about one centimeter, mix well with a little salt, cooking wine, egg white, and starch, and marinate in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.

2.Cut cucumber and red pepper into small dices, cut onion, ginger and garlic into mince, cucumber Marinate the cubes with salt for a while and set aside.

3. Chop the Pixian bean paste into fine pieces and put it into a bowl, add soy sauce, water starch and white sugar , chicken essence mixed into juice.

Tips
The diced meat and cucumbers have been marinated with salt.Do not add any more salt when frying.Because Pixian Doubanjiang is also salty, if you add more salt, it will become salty.
