Tips
1.How to handle fresh sea cucumbers: Use scissors to cut open the belly of the sea cucumber and remove the internal organs and gizzards.Do not make the opening of the scissors too large to avoid affecting the shape of the sea cucumber. After cleaning, put it into a pot, add water, and heat over low heat for 30-50 minutes until the sea cucumber becomes soft.Remove the sea cucumber and rinse immediately with water. Then put it into pure water and soak it for about three days, changing the water once a day.During processing, be sure to be oil-free and salt-free.Oil will cause the sea cucumbers to rot and dissolve, while salt will prevent the sea cucumbers from rising. The processed sea cucumbers can be wrapped in fresh-keeping bags, stored in the freezer, and defrosted before eating.
2.After cutting the sea cucumber, soaking it in drinking water can ensure the moisture and taste of the sea cucumber.
3.Patients with colds and diarrhea should eat less sea cucumbers.
