Lettuce ( 500g ) | Lee Kum Kee Jiuzhuang Oyster Sauce ( 20g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
How to make lettuce with oyster sauce

1.The seasoning is very simple, Lee Kum Kee Old Village oyster sauce is fresh, salty and sweet.

2. Wash and drain the lettuce, and mince the garlic.

3. Heat the wok and add appropriate amount of oil.

4. Fry the minced garlic until slightly brown.

5. Add the lettuce and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

6.Add a little salt and stir-fry until cooked.If it is cooked, it will not be crispy and tender enough.

7.Turn off the heat, add Lee Kum Kee Old Village oyster sauce and stir well.

8. Remove from pot and plate.

Tips
Just add a little salt, but if it tastes bland, you don’t need to add salt.
