Ingredients
Sea cucumber grouper ( 1.5 pounds ) | carrot ( 3 slices ) |
olives Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) | tempeh ( 2 spoons ) |
White wine ( 2 spoons ) | Star anise ( 2 capsules ) |
White sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Vinegar ( 2 spoons ) |
Recipe for braised sea cucumber grouper

1.Put the fish into hot water, and then use steel wool to wipe off the stone scales on the fish , rinse well, filter the water, cut into sections and put on a plate for later use.

2. Slice the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the cut fish, fry until it changes color, and add white wine ,vinegar.

4. Add onion, ginger, garlic, dark soy sauce, tempeh, star anise, and sugar and stir well.

5.Add a small amount of water and salt, simmer over high heat until it becomes slightly juicy and turn off the heat.

6. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
1.Sea cucumber grouper is a primitive fish with sandy scales on its body.Therefore, when washing the fish, be sure to wash off the stone scales on the body, otherwise it will cause tooth decay.
2.Do not stew the fish for more than 12 minutes, otherwise the fish skin will become sticky.
